Metcalfe North East Limited was established in 2011, managing director Craig Metcalfe has many years’ experience throughout the roofing and cladding industry, operating a hands on approach to all contracts from survey to completion, ensuring a personal and efficient service at all times. Our team of highly skilled management, employees, sub-contractors and our growing customer base, with many recognisable names within the food industry and supermarket sector, is self-evident of our high quality services.

Whether the project is 14,000m2’s of roofing or a small product store, we offer the same level of service and maintenance throughout. We like to work closely with our clients at the design stage helping them to process solutions to meet positive ends. We act as principle contractor to the client and sub-contractor to main contractors.

Predominantly we offer commercial, industrial and domestic roofing, cold store installation, fire walls, anti-slip flooring, cold store flooring, entry doors and insulation panelling however we have a highly skilled team who are willing to apply their knowledge and experience to any project in general construction, regardless of the size. We also offer initial project design (CAD technician), and maintenance contracts.

We have carried out contracts from supermarket roofing to erection of a two storey factory extension, including office blocks. We have also worked on Industrial Units, Retail Units, Student Accommodation and Cold Store Construction and install for a chilled foods manufacturer.
